Payment for our seasonal courses is processed exclusively through our secure online registration process. This commitment is crucial for effective course planning and our students’ optimal learning experiences.

• Refund within 24 Hours: All payments are fully refundable if requested within 24 hours of booking your spot in our program.

• Non-Refundable: Payments become non-refundable after the initial 24-hour period to maintain the integrity of our course planning and group dynamics.

Flexibility for Optimal Learning: Finding the Perfect Fit

• Group Change Option: We believe in tailoring the learning experience. If a different group better aligns with your child's learning needs and goals, a group change can be requested by emailing chiachineselearning@gmail.com. We're dedicated to ensuring the best fit for your child's success.

Full Attendance Bonus: Embrace Consistent Learning

Consistency holds the key to mastering Chinese. To reward and encourage perfect attendance, we offer a special bonus:

• Flexible Make-up Classes: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Make-up classes can be scheduled in an age and level-appropriate session, based on availability. Kindly inform us via email at chiachineselearning@gmail.com to arrange make-up classes or discuss session/group changes.

• Free Lesson: 

  • For new prospective students, your first lesson is on us.

  • If your child attends all sessions within a season, you will receive a credit of $45 toward your next season's payment.

Teacher Cancellation or Reschedule: Ensure Uninterrupted Progress

• Advance Notice and Full Refund: In the unlikely scenario of teacher cancellation or rescheduling, we assure you of advance notice – at least one week (or 24 hours for abrupt changes) – and our diligent efforts to secure a substitute teacher or schedule the make-up class. Should the need arise to cancel a lesson, your session fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
